Terms of use

Onefold is a private relationship-support app. It is not therapy, legal advice, pastoral care, a fatwa, or a substitute for local emergency services.

Purchases

Onefold Pro Lifetime (version 1.2 and later) is a one-time purchase. It never renews and is never charged again. The App Store shows your local price before you confirm; payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. One Lifetime purchase unlocks Pro for BOTH partners while you are paired; it stays with the person who bought it if you stop being paired. Restore it on a new phone from Settings.

Versions 1.1 and earlier sold Onefold Pro as an auto-renewing subscription (1 month for US$9.99 or 1 year for US$49.99 in the US; local prices shown by the App Store). If you have one, it renews for the same length and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple ID is charged within 24 hours before each period ends. Manage or cancel it in the App Store: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Pairing itself is free, and prayer, devotional and read-aloud content is never behind Pro. Pro opens the whole question library, every deck, for the two of you to answer. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us.

Acceptable Use

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive conduct. Do not use the app to harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, or abuse another person.

Report and Block are separate in-app safety tools. Safety reports are reviewed with a 24 hour action target, and abusive users or content may be restricted or removed.
